National Conference in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology

The goals of the conference are to provide up-to-date information on research and evidence-based practice in clinical child and adolescent psychology, with specific learning experiences targeted to cultural competence, therapy and interventions, assessment, and professional issues. The conference draws students and professionals from across the country, and offers a rich atmosphere for learning, networking, and socializing with others in the field. Eighteen hours of intermediate-level continuing education for psychologists are planned for the Conference.

Abstract submissions for poster sessions will be considered on any topic relevant to clinical child and pediatric psychology or child and family mental health.
Information on Abstract Submission
Conference participants are invited to submit 350- to 500-word abstracts for poster presentations. An abstract should include presentation title; all authors’ names, titles and affiliations; and a name, mailing address and e-mail address for correspondence.
Authors should use the following headings when preparing abstracts: Purpose/Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Student co-authors should be identified in the submission materials for consideration for the Student Poster Awards. Only students that are first-authors of accepted posters are eligible for the awards.
The abstract submission portal will open by March 1, 2018.
All abstracts must be submitted by 11:59pm (CDT), Friday, May 25, 2018
